--Issue with Internet Explorer (STOP WORKING)--

1. > Control Panel>Internet Options>Security > Uncheck ENABLE PROTECTED MODE>OK>Restart

2. - Open CONTRIOL PANEL- Open INTERNET OPTIONS- Click the ADVANCED tab- Click underneath the RESTORE INTERNET EXPLORER SETTINGS

3. > Open Run and type MSCONFIG–>System configuration utility will appear on the screen–>Uncheck Load Startup Items and restart your computer

Lastly ----------> ran the system restore, I find Vista's system restore to be very forth comming .
