-What if the Ram iS not showing in the systemproperties-

1. shutting down the computer now

2. going to bios - memory bank 1 - 1gb of ram

3. other memory bank showing none

4. shutdown the computer now

5. opening the chasis

6. ram should look like a rectangular shaped

7. eu able to see it now

8. check whether its seated properly - yes

9. unplug the both ram and reseat it again

10. turn on the system now

11. going to the bios

12. press F10 for Vista ESC for Xp check in the bios - detected

13. ( F5 )save and exit

14. start - system properties - ram now 1918

15. restart the computer again
